The church and convent of San Niccolò del Carmine are located on Via Pian dei Mantellini.

The monumental complex, which has undergone profound alterations and changes in use over the centuries, was built by the Discalced Carmelites starting in the mid-13th century.

The current brick-faced building has an elegant square bell tower and a gabled façade featuring a large oculus and the entrance portal surmounted by a tympanum dating back to the mid-17th century.

The interior, featuring a single nave with a painted wooden truss roof, houses important works of art from various periods.
